This series of five “Car Caches” are especially fun for
young boys. Though some of them are numbered, there is no
particular order and there are only five so far. The car caches
include… BAM! CRASH! WHACK!, Creek Road Cruisers #’s
1, 8, 20, and 24. When you find the caches you will understand
better. Bring fun stuff to trade and help me keep this fun for
children please.
Please be very gentle with the container. It is not as strong as it
may appear. When putting the lid back on, please push from the top
and the sides... do not push from the top and the bottom (the
bottoms are tending to pop out). Also when retrieving the cache,
please be gentle. When I checked on this, whoever put it back did
not take care to reseal the plastic bag and put all the contents
back inside. This cache and its container will not last very long
if more care is not given to it.
Years ago our neighbor took old bike parts and frames and built
our boys Harley Motorcycle-Style bicycles that they all rode in the
4th of July Parade in Ojai. They called themselves the Creek Road
Cruisers… hence the names for some of these car caches.
