This cache is hidden in Nissin City of Aichi Prefecture.
Goshikien is a large park with a religious theme, covering an area
of 660,000 square meters. Within the grounds of the park are molded
figures depicting the life of Shinran (founder of the Jodo Shin
sect of Pure Land Buddhism). The name Goshikien comes from its
association with the five trees, pine, bamboo, plum, cherry and
maple. As the name implies, visitors to the park can enjoy the
colorful seasonal changes in the foliage.
Location: 932-31 Ichinohazama, Iwafuji-cho, Nissin-shi
Hours: Open year round from 8:00 a.m. to 5:00 p.m.
Admission: free
Access: Take the Meitetsu bus from Hoshigaoka Station
(Higashiyama Subway Line) to Goshikien bus stop.
