Easy, residential neighborhood Drive-up in Wheatland.
You are looking for a small Bison tube hidden adjacent to a pole.
The tube itself is tucked away, and not visible from any angle, however, something that is being used to suspend it is visible.
After signing this "log-only" cache, please be careful to replace as found.
Stealth is suggested, but be aware that the muggle neighbors across 1st street who have a prime view of the cache are "in-the-know", so go ahead and wave to them after finding this one.
