This cache is what they call a "CYRO Tube".. It is smaller than a 35mm film cannister yet it is larger than a Nano..
BTW, this can be a quick P&G, IF you find the right route to get there.. Please BYOP...
This cache is available to all, but I don't think a person in a wheel chair could reach it.
