Geocache Description:

Birchmere Lake is a lovely little lake in the heart of Thamesmead, a breath of fresh air with the opportunity to fish or picnic on the waters edge or go for a little walk around the outskirts of the lake.

The cache is in a smallish plastic container with a signing sheet and pencil included (but please bring your own incase it has been misplaced!)

It lies just off the public path.
