Geocache Description:

BB-8 is the BB unit astromech droid companion of New Republic/Resistance Commander Poe Dameron. While accompanying Dameron to Jakku, the First Order arrived. Unable to escape, Dameron gave BB-8 a memory drive containing a map to Luke Skywalker's whereabouts, and orders to get as far away as possible. As fate would have it, BB-8 would eventually end up back at Dameron's side, destroying the Starkiller Base, and tracking down Luke Skywalker.
