Geocache Description:

In 1825, a treaty between the United States and the Shawnee tribe moved the Shawnee Indians from their homes in Missouri and Ohio to Johnson County . As an incentive to relocate, the government built a saw and grain mill here in 1836. In early 1844 floods destroyed the mill, washing it downstream, and it was never rebuilt.

You’re looking for a small lock-n-lock placed near the site of where the mill once stood. Container is large enough for very small trade items and coins. Cache is available from dawn to dusk. Some stealth is required.

Parking available at these Coords:

Good luck and happy caching.
