Geocache Description:

Located in Bailey Court, just across the street from where I grew up.

This cache was hidden by my Mom and I the day after Cherokee's "Welcome Spring" Event. We used the ammo can that was given to us at the event. After being muggled, the container is now a camoflauged peanut butter jar.

I grew up in Cherokee. We moved to Bailey Court during my senior year, having also lived on Euclid Avenue and on Arrow Street in the Fishman Addition. When we moved to town in 1966, there was only a gravel road connecting the housing addition to Roosevelt School ~ where I attended 1st and 2nd grade. I attended the "old" multi-story Webster School, with the tube fire escapes; then junior high downtown at Wilson. I graduated from Washington High School in 1978, so Bailey Court has been where I've "come home" to, for over 30 years...

This cache should be an easy park 'n grab. Please use discretion when hunting, finding and returning the cache. Please only hunt during daylight hours. The neighbors know about the cache, but no sense unduly alarming anyone. Thanks!
