COORDINATES ABOVE ARE NOT FOR THIS OR ANY OF THE 8 LEGS IN THIS SERIES. You
will have to do a little decrypticing in order to find the
coordinates for each cache. The EAST 4040 CRYPTIC CHALLENGE
will take you to some of my favorite spots. You will
excercise, your legs, lungs, and MIND to complete the task.
Are YOU up to it?
The above coordinates are just a good starting/reference point and
are within FIVE miles of the cache. Those coordinates do NOT figure
into the puzzle for finding the actual cache coordinates. Instead,
for each cache in E4040CC, you will need to add two factors to get
the CORRECT coordinates. In each case, one will be here on the web
page as shown below for Factor #1 and will always be a number of
minutes (portions of a degree) which will be added to Factor #2 to
come up with the final coordinates. Factor #2 will have to come
from clues and puzzles along the way.
For this 8th and FINAL cache use:
Factor #1 +2.268' North & -58.096 West
(BE CAREFUL ON THIS ONE - ESPECIALLY WITH WEST COORDINATE)
Factor #2 for the Tip Of The Hat cache will be the results of a
final puzzle in the clue book.
This final cache in the multi-series is virtual. It has the final
answer in the Cryptic Challenge.
