Wounds my heart with a monotonous languor.
The cache name is from a poem, "The Song of Autumn", by French poet Paul Verlaine. This poem was of great interest in certain circles at this time of year 70 years ago. It's radio broadcast signaled the French Resistance that the Allied invasion of France would begin within 48 hours.
There used to be another cache nearby, but it's been archived. I'm recycling the location. The cache is located in Horsham's Kohler Park, near a blacktop walking trail. It contains a log, pen, small trade items and a prize for FTF. No credit without your signature. No night caching in the park. Park in the lot behind the community center. The ground will probably always be wet or damp, and there's vegetation to contend with. I shouldn't wear dress slacks here. This is another park that I carpet bombed with caches, in honor of the Normandy Invasion.
