I was on my way to the Barnstormer Cache when I noticed this site. I decided to stop on my way back to hide a cache here. I didn't see any hours posted, but there are some residential homes nearby that might not appreciate guests with flashlights at odd hours. The cache is located away from where spectators would gather, but still offers a nice view of "The White House of Half Moon Bay." This is also a nice place for a picnic as there are benches and ocean views.
Please, don't worry about the cache hiding mechanism. It was broken when I hid it, and works just fine for its purpose. No need to mention it in your logs.
