This is part of the Gandy Dancer trail cache challenge. Please bee careful with this fragile cache! CONGRATS TO THE WISCONSINGOOFTROOP -- They were the 1st to complete all 12 caches! THIS CACHE WON THE WGA NOVEMBER 2006 CACHE OF THE MONTH!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!! It was also 2nd place for cache of the year! ALL THE GANDY DANCER CACHES HAVE NEARBY PARKING SO THAT YOU CAN WALK TO THE CACHE!
This cache is located on the Gandy Dancer Trail that starts in St.Croix Falls. There is a series of 12 caches that need to be completed to win the challenge. The first cachers to finish this series and have it verified by us will win a special prize. Hope you enjoy the trail and this series of caches. And as always -- KEEP ON CACHING AND HAVE FUN!!!!!!!!!!! The Geocache Notification Form has been submitted to Deb Peterson of the Polk County Parks Department. Geocaches placed on Wisconsin Department of Natural Resource managed lands require permission by means of a notification form. Please print out a paper copy of the notification form, fill in all required information, then submit it to the land manager.
