Tie Shoe, Find Cache - Big Number

While hiding some caches recently I found that many could best be found if you make like you are tying your shoe to avoid suspicion.  So a new series was born.  

This cache is a magnetic key holder. The cache seems to keep getting soaked after a rain so the log is a scrap of Tyvek house wrap. Bring a pen!!
Decipher the following Chinese number character to get an idea of what to expect when you reach GZ (not required to find the cache).
