I-Link Town Ichikawa consists of two buildings,"East Tower" and "West Tower".
An observation facility is opened on the top floors of West Tower.
The night view from here is the new 100 best night view in Japan.
Enjoy night view of Ichikawa.

This coordinate is entrance of the observation facility on the third floor.
Ride the direct elevator to the 45th floor of the building.
Climb up the stairs to the observation deck.
There are some of plates of view near the windows. These size are 20cm*60cm and 20cm*20cm.
