Geocache Description:

A large micro, plastic bottle near the trail.

So, Larry (cc8c4) and I managed to sweep the FTFs for the LOBRI Trail series, all 20 of them, and we headed for our victory dinner at Salvatore's in Muscatine....but wait! After I pulled up in the parking lot, I just had to hide a micro memorializing our achievement, and called it "All LOBRIED Out!" Lori and Bri sped down to the site soon after it was published, got the FTF (she tm'd me while I was at dinner), and then logged "Where are the other 19?"

With the gauntlet thrown down thusly, I set off early this morning to create "The Other Nineteen" series, known here for brevity as the "TON" series. These start off fairly easily and progress along the trail, increasing somewhat in difficulty along the way, but there's something for everyone!

The Hoover Trail and the Chinkapin Trail kind of merge in this area, and if you are a mountain biker, you might enjoy the caches along the trail via bike. It's an old rails-to-trails conversion, complete with a few old train signals along the way. And, actually kind of tame for the rough road enthusiasts, in that it is mainly straight and flat.

Also, like many part of Iowa, there is a three-leafed friend in many areas near the caches - could not avoid it, it's everywhere - so watch the kiddies and yourselves near the poison ivy. I placed all the caches in shorts, so we'll see how that goes. Have fun!
