This will be a great excuse to dig out you biggest and brightest umbrella! What catches thee eye of muggles better that a crowd of people with umbrellas on (hopefully) a bright sunny day. Maybe we will have a Gene Kelly in the group that wants to relive Singing in the Rain!
This is your chance to attend an event on World Wide Flash Mob Day. Thousands of geocachers around the world will be flashing at the same time. What fun is that! On top of that, we will be on the Wisconsin State Capitol grounds.
We will arrive in the area of GZ around 11:45am, but please do not draw attention to what will happen. At noon, when the cow bell sounds (it's a Wisconsin thing), we will all break out our colorfull hardware. Please make sure that we do not block people from walking past us. We want to wander for a good 5-10 minutes, before gathering for a group picture afterwards. The event will be during the weekly farmers market, so there will be lots of muggles around to watch us! The flash will end when the cow bell sounds again.
There will also be meet and greet for all at AJ Bomber. Please reference the waypoint below for location.
After amazing the muggles around the capital with our umbrellas, lets all gather at AJ Bombers (201 W Gorham St) for some relaxation and good caching stories. Let's gather for fellowship from 12:30 till 2:30 (or so). If you have never been there, be prepared to throw your peanut shells on the floor!
Not much I can share about this, except, bring you best caching stories and facts to share. The location is just a couple of blocks from the capital.
