Heading out the door for some caching, bthomas told me to meet him at Fremont. Little did I realize that we were going to visit the town of Fremont, Fremont Ave in Santa Clara County, and the Older Fremont Open space.
Man, this east coast guy just got good and lost. I even tried Fremont Street in San Francisco, Fremont Street in San Jose, Fremont State Park in Monterey, and I'm sure there are oodles of others. There are just too many Fremonts in the bay area, but fortunately, we finally connected and found a few caches.
THE CACHE IS NOT LOCATED AT THE POSTED COORDINATES.
Just imagine what difficulties, these folks might have just looking for Fremont in the bay area: Quilt Meister from Colorado, Fast_Shadow from Washington as well as Jose Gaspar from Florida and rickn from Idunno where.
The log only cache is conveniently located in the bay area on/in one of the Fremonts mentioned above. The cache is pleasantly resting in a prime hiding spot: trees, bushes, ivy and fences. Wow - tons of places to hide a camoed film canister.
