Geocache Description:


I invite you to spend a day on the lovely Hilton Head beach. This cache is conveniently located at the extreme opposite end of the beach from the "PR Beach" cache, Hilton Head's only other beach cache. There are various different beach accesses and starting points for this cache. It is 4.38 miles from the public beach access and parking at the Coligney Circle. It is exactly 2 miles from the Sea Pines Beach Club in Sea Pines and for those of you who just cant seem to find it within yourselves to spend a day at the beach, it is .70 miles from the Salty Dog Cafe at South Beach Marina within Sea Pines. This is the perfect cache to bike down the beach or take a nice long stroll to. Where I started was 3.85 miles to the cache and I would hope the rest of you try and follow suit, I mean after all the whole purpose of this cache is to be on the beach for a good while. One last thing, I used to spend a lot of time on this beach and know it one end to the other but dont get to spend nearly enough time there anymore so any pictures you take on the beach and decide to post would be greatly appreciated.
