Purple Heart
The Purple Heart is a United States military decoration awarded in the name of the President to those who have been wounded or killed while serving on or after April 5, 1917 with the U.S military.
Don't be fooled, this cache is a true 5/5 and you'll need to exercise extreme caution while doing this cache! I've done many 5/5's that were not actually 5/5's but I promise, you better be prepared if you're going to put your name on this log.
Purple happens to be my favorite color and I decided our area needed something a little different. That's when I came up with the idea for this cache. Ask yourself, "do I have the heart to make the trek and sign the log"? This cache is about mind over matter and extreme focus on how bad do you really want it. I have mastered many mental and physical challenges since I started caching and this is just an example of another challenge we all can master.
I'm sure there will be groups of cachers to check this one out but it's meant to be actually done by individual cachers to log a find. A cacher can take the log book and another replace it and so on but if one cacher sits there and signs 5 others names on the log while they watch, you really didn't do the cache. It is a 5/5 and it's meant to be tough.
Always remember, not all caches are meant for every cacher to find.
There are 2 FTF prizes in the container and a trackable that will need to be moved along also. I sit here and wonder, WHO will be first to sign the log?
