Geocache Description:

A tailgating-style event! Come enjoy a fall morning!

It’s that time of the year again!

There’s the feel of fall in the air! Come join the Stuck in the Middle Cachers for an outdoor breakfast in the spirit of tailgating!

With the air crisp and the leaves changing color and falling to the ground (hopefully there will still be some by the time this event takes place), it’s time for an event!

I’m sure you know what tailgating is, so come join us! This will be a small gathering, have a quick bite to eat, chat for a bit and then head off to go to a game, or cache or whatever else!

The event will run from 10 - 11:30 a.m. at the posted coordinates, which should take you to the small pavilion in Oneonta's Neahwa Park. Unfortunately, they don't take reservations this time of year, and, most likely the picnic tables will be missing. No problem. Drop a couple of tailgates and maybe a folding table and we'll be good to go.

If, somehow, somebody else comes and snags the pavilion before we get there, no worries. We’ll just move ourselves to one of the open spots nearby. Such is the life when reservations are not being taken this time of year!

This is a potluck breakfast. Please post a will-attend and what you might bring. Some ideas could include: donuts, fruit, spreads (cream cheese etc), water, coffee, hot chocolate or whatever else might come into your mind. I’ll bring the bagels, once again,
Come and enjoy the outdoors! Dress for the day!

This event will be held in all weather, with the hopes of having the pavilion to have cover. If it's severe weather, check this page the day before/morning of for any announcements!

Dog note -- because I've noticed more people caching with pooches and mentioned that to some of the park people, they reminded me to tell cachers that dogs are welcome in the park, but they must be on a leash at all times (even in the colder weather)!

See you at the event!
