I placed this cache within the Kettle Moraine State Forest prior to the WGA Picnic 2006. I was unable to attend, but I wanted to participate, so I placed a new cache nearby(kind of) for the attendees to find.
This is a micro hidden in a slightly different way.
It is located at the site of the Emerson Log Cabin and U.S. Senator Knute Nelson Memorial.
Nearby is the Emerson Esker and Prairie Trail.

The Geocache Notification Form for this cache has been submitted to the personnel at the Forest Headquarters of Southern Unit Kettle Moraine State Forest.
Geocaches placed on Wisconsin Department of Natural Resouce managed lands require permission by means of a notification form. Update 10-26-13:
The cache is again gone. I replaced it again, the size is micro and the altitude has changed. It may be a bit hard to find in deep snow.
