Geocache Description:

A few hills and some busy roads surround this suburban multi-cache. All the clues and the final prize are accessable from the pavement. Cache hidden on the feast of St. Terence of Metz

This multi-cache is inspired by the work of artist Ben Wilson whose work is all over this area. Some think that his creations are just a strange and anti-social form of graffitti, wheras many muswell hill families delight in discovering new examples of his work. Many pieces have been commissioned by locals to commemorate personal events or people, although mostly all you need to do is find Ben at work and ask him for a design. You could google his images but that would spoil some of the fun when you get to point 1. All the points are quite close together, and you will need sharp eyes to complete the set. A good idea would be NOT to wear your best trousers for this one. The inital coordinate above is not the start of this trail, but the site of the original mossy well that gave the area it's name. As usual for multi-caches you are trying to find a series of numbers to fit into the equation at the end, good luck. Since originally placed I have followed the suggestion of some finders and re-ordered the clues to shorten the walk, and adjusted the final co-ordinates slightly to make then more accurate. note: Summer 2010 clues checked and 2 changed. note: Spring 2012 clues checked and 3 changed. note: Spring 2013 clues checked and all works. note: New clues added summer 2016 note: New clues for some points Spring 2017 note: Some changes due to missing clues Spring 2022 POINT 1 51°35.363N,0°08.714W Right hand post of Left hand entrance, the first artwork has a wavy red edge and contains a name that is also a flower.
