Immediately off the sidewalk.. easy to get to - but not wheelchair accessible.

You're looking for a small plastic container which includes a LOGSHEET ONLY (so bring along a pen or pencil) - with very limited space for anything else. There's no need to wander into the neighbor's yard. And - by all means - be careful not to wander out into the fast moving traffic which flows past here at almost all hours of the day and night.
