Geocache Description:

This is a half a mile uphill walk on the Offas Dyke Footpath through sheep fields from car to cache but worth it for the wonderful views of the Wye Valley.

There is plenty of on road parking on the Welsh side of Bigsweir Bridge near the bus shelter at N51 44.555 W002 40.307 which is also where the number 69 bus stops that runs between Chepstow and Monmouth.
This is a very small cache with only enough room for a few small swaps or travel bugs. The avenue of gnarled Chestnut trees nearby look old enough to have been here since King Offa built his dyke near here.

Taking a map you could park in St Briavels, find “Hudnalls Hide and Seek” – GCV2MY first and then continue to this cache turning the two into a circular walk from St Briavels.

Congratulations to sniffadogz who were the first to find this Geocache.
