How Geocaching Works

Geocache Description:

Do you know the quickest route to the freeway? Traffic? Someone beat you to a TimeCapsule? Was the TimeToken muggled? Will you travel North? South? East? West? The Difficulty above relates to the competition.

A little GeoSense, luck, and a good navigator is all you need to score a prize at this event.

Rules:
* Complete the GeoRally Waiver/Release of Responsibility. No need to complete if you have participated before.
* Bring a happy-go-lucky attitude.
* Grab free candy, a beverage, meet up with someone new, and maybe recruit a driver/navigator.
* Donate a small container, magnets, etc. @ the "GeoRally ToolBox" to help FlyBryFly with the next GeoRally.
* Flying Solo is okay. Rallying with children is okay, too.
* Before the event, log that you will attend. In your log, write the screen name of your team's Driver and Navigator as well as your location to help FlyBryFly with preparation.
* 10/18/08 (5pm) - Oodles of cards are tossed into the air with the 20 different TimeCapsule coordinates at the GeoRally Start/Finish.
* 20 TimeCapsules (small Traditional GeoCaches not listed on geocaching.com) will be placed approximately 5 miles from the GeoRally Start/Finish.
* Teams grab 1 TimeCapsule containing TimeToken location information.
* TimeTokens (size of a 35mm film canister cap) will be covered (not buried), taped, suspended, etc. for teams to grab.
* Limit 1 TimeCapsule and TimeToken per vehicle.
* Driver and Navigator return the TimeCapsule and TimeToken their team finds together for a "high-five" with FlyBryFly @ the Start/Finish location ASAP.

* Gather around "Victory Lane" envious of the teams' pizza and sodas!
* Trade items @ "Trackable Pit Road"
