Geocache Description:

**************** FLOOD GATE Cache ****************

Part of the Newlands Reclamation Project which is operated by the Truckee-Carson Irrigation District. Amazing how there is water going through the desert all over the place! This tupperware container is placed near an old cement gate funneling the water along with the desert on one side and farmland on the other. Be careful and don't get pricked reaching in. It has a bit of swag, FTF $ and a TB to move along.
