141 Runoff Traditional Geocache

Totally flat terrain, lots of muggles, and a container slightly smaller than a 35 mm film can.
Next time you are cruising down Route 141, come on down to Newport to see the Newport Skate and BMX ramps, the DSWA recycling center, some covered parking spaces, gas station, new fire house, and other fun stuff. Please drive safely and within the speed limit here in Newport. The one-way streets around here can drive you crazy so take care as you navigate. Be sure you DO NOT stop your car on Route 141. The cache is NOT on the roadbed at all. This is a dangerously fast road above Newport; DO NOT STOP on the road. Also, the cache is not hanging from a blimp over the road...... that leaves one other possible location.
The GPS reception was terrible at GZ; your gps receiver will get you close, but then you are on your own. There will be muggles everywhere in sight, but there are no rose bushes and parking is very close by. The cache is a bit smaller than a 35 mm film canister, so please bring your own sharp pencil or fine tip pen. The primary clue to this find is in the title.
