Estonia is famous for it´s Song festivals. Cache is exactly at this place where world´s largest united chorus joins to sing traditional songs.

Tallinn Song Festival Arena is built in 1959 for song festivals. There may be about 15 000 singers under the arena roof and some hundred thousand places for public. Place is usually open but may be closed some days at summer time when bigger festivals and concerts took place (like Õllesummer - estonian local "Octoberfest" in July or Song Festivals or some rock concerts).
Near the cache is a 42m tower of fire - it is used at song festivals. It´s possible to visit upper platform of this tower, if You call administration. At winter time You can see lot of skiers and skaters, snowtube riding is available, too.
No trading items, it´s a small box (or may be some coins or stuff like that will fit).
