Crazy_Train: We would like to once again thank everyone who had joined us for this event. We are now going to archive it and hope to see you all again next year. But we do have to ask if you happen to still have any of the TBs or Coins from this event PLEASE get them on the move or at least contact the owners, b/c we are getting alot of slack from those owners, and it is making our event look REALLY bad and thats upsetting b/c everyone had such a great time that day. Just double check your caching stuff and make sure its not sitting in the bottom of a page somewhere. Thanks, CrazyTrain & 3bunts...

This is just alittle something we wanted to hold in the local Orange County area....for the local cachers and of course ALL cachers from all areas...so mark Sunday August 13,2006 on your calanders starting at 12 NooN Sharp

Tomorrow is the big day and we are all getting really excited to see old friends and meet all of you that we havent met yet. So far we have a really nice sized group of people that will be attending and we are hoping for more RSVPs today. So far we have around 30 people.
Below is the list of things that we will be supplying, it has been updated. Also below I will list the things that others are bringing.
We have reserved the big pavilion which holds up to 200 people and it has a big BBQ pit, so we are planning on having that going also. We would like to ask that if possible those that are going to be attending maybe bring a side dish to set out and then list what you will be bringing so that we dont end up with 10 of 1 thing and then none of something else. Also below I will be listing the things that ourselves and 3bunts will be supplying for that day, but if it is something that your family does not like you may bring something different and throw it on the grill....and if you would rather something besides soda or you have only a certain kind that you drink we suggest that maybe you might want to bring your own little cooler. If anone is planning on bringing any beer or anything like that we have to ask that you have it poured into a cup at ALL times, as the park is patroled and that was one of the conditions of the rental.
The Event will run from 12NooN to dusk {when the park closes}. This is a very kid friendly event.......its outside with plenty of room for the kids to run and play and everything is wide open so the kids can been seen even while the adults are talking and having a good time. We are planning to even have some "Summer Fun" Games set up for all ages. Also we are planning some Event caches for both the adults and the kids...so be sure to bring those GPS Units
Anyone wishing to do TB or geocoin drops into this cache either for others to be able to log or ones that you wish to have moved on to new caches by our fellow cachers may do the drop on the event webpage....if they are for logging only we will make sure people know this and as for the ones that people can take we will make that known to everyone also. If you have any concerns or questions about the drops {or anything else} plz contact either Crazy_Train or 3bunts and we will help ya out. Looking forward to meeting everyone and making our 1st event cache a great success....might just be the 1st of many to come from the Crazy_Train & 3bunts families.

When posting please also include how many people will be attending with your family...including how many in your family are children so that we can make plan accordingly when setting the "Kiddie Caches" up.
