How Geocaching Works

Geocache Description:

The cache is situated in the new "Fishing Village" in Portishead. Near the cache site are the old port next to the Marina.

The container is a 1 liter Tupperware box contained within a plastic bag. The cache site is situated in a quiet spot where you are likely to be able to search without being disturbed. BEWARE AT VERY HIGH TIDES IT IS POSSIBLE THAT YOU MAY HAVE TO WAIT TO REACH THE CACHE POINT. Don't worry however the beach is safe as it is impossible to be stranded. There is a pub with a garden within yards of the cache and the walk around the marina is pleasant. Currently much building work is taking place. The buildings going up are in the style of an old fishing village and is very attractive for new builds.
