A small camoed Lock&lock container on a beautiful little hill at the entrance of the Almaden valley...
Guadalupe Oak Grove park is a protected jewel at the entrance of the Almaden valley. It is home to several caches.
There are several trails leading to this cache, including one with stairs.
The cache is at the top of the hill and you get a wonderful view of San Jose on one side, and of the valley of Almaden on the other. You also get a great view of Miracle Mountain. It is particularily nice at sunset.
12/30/06 : this cache is back in action after having been missing for several months. It is no longer in poison oak.
