Grab & Go.  Plain. Simple. 

Once upon a time, in a galaxy far, far, away, this was the middle of no where.  Fast forward to today and that's no longer the case.  No matter, this should be an easy smiley for novice and hardcore geocacher to get.  This is what we cachers call a guardrail grab.  Have at it!
