Geocache Description:

A weekday lunchtime meeting at a large friendly pub that provides quick food orders for those in their lunch break and a kids’ indoor play area to keep those small impediments suitably amused whilst their parents get to do some serious socialising too.

WHEN? From 11.30am on Thursday 21 February 2008

WHERE? Churchill House, Swindon Road, Wootton Bassett, Wiltshire SN4 8ET

All the pictures and quotes from the wartime leader that adorn the walls are just red herrings - the pub has got nothing to do with Winston Churchill, it got its name from nearby Church Hill!

The pub serves a reasonably priced and varied lunch menu, including kids menu from 12 noon.

The play area costs £1.50 per hour and is open from 11am for those up to 4’ 9” in height.
