The above coordinates are 720 meters from the starting point, not at the cache. Actually you could “cache” out at these coordinates.

From the sign near the cache travel 839 meters at an azimuth reading of 204 degrees(true north). You should now be standing at a fire hydrant. The leg to the starting point is 688 meters from the hydrant at an azimuth reading of 158 degrees(true north). You are now at the starting point which is at the end of a curb between united salvation. NOTE: A slight change to the initial clue. Seems a BRICK has been thrown in the works.
The cache is 7 meters from a sign that features the date Aug 26, 1983.
