This cache is in a pleasant little public park in Palo Alto
The (very) nearby building was built in 1936 by WPA labor and reflects the Spanish influence consistent with old Palo Alto. This is a pleasant place to hang out either inside or outside in the small park. The "specimen" referred to in the cache title (after you parse it correctly) is worth a second look; it is quite unique.
Small camo cache which is a bit fragile so handle with care. Use stealth because during business hours you will be visible from the windows but you can easily check them for Muggles who are not often in evidence. Watch your back though. Cache is no longer on the "specimen" referred to in the cache title but is now a short distance away.
