This a small cache, 4" in diameter by 4" high. It's an easy hunt on
level ground.
This is another cache inspired by the disappearing past. None of
the old maps I have show these ruins. There used to be a lot of
abandoned claims, dry wells and other evidence of human activity in
this area. Las Vegas isn't known for it's preserving the past. Many
places, probably a lot more famous and profitable building than
this one, have been bulldozed or imploded.I have no idea who built
this and lived or worked here. I also have no information on when
it was built or abandoned. I live in this area and must have jogged
by here a thousand times before I took a close look.Enjoy the
contemplation and the hunt. Think about it, some unremembered
someone toiled here for some purpose. Please bing a trash bag and
help me clean up the area. Stack a fallen rock back onto the
wall. When placed the cache contained:Pen, Pencil, logbook and

February 9 by M&M Mousers (423 found) This cache is perfect for a Travel Bug rest stop. It was raining pretty hard and I still got the Honda Civic within 10 ft of the ruins. I wonder what it was before it became a pool. Ha Ha, it really isn't meant to be a pool, but it's full of water. Dropped off Boomerang TB. Happy Caching!

January 28 by modnar24 (79 found) The ruins seem to collect rain water well. There was about a foot of water inside them. For a second I was afraid I was gonna have to get wet to find the cache. The rain had completely buried the cache. I had to dig out some dirt to find it. I'm glad I saw a little hole here. Interesting spot, makes you curious about what used to be here.
