Geocache Description:

Francis Lake is one of the most attractive lakes in the Southwest Adirondacks. Its hidden bog, pine-covered eskers and little rock islands provide excellent Kodak moments.

Since the last cache on this lake was muggled, this is its
replacement. This cache can be easily reached by canoe or kayak. Parking is on the Stillwater Road.

As fate would have it, this replacement was stolen recently by the Adirondack Ament. But it is now there again. This time the container is a small lock-in-lock.
