TomfromNe: Design was dependent on present GZ's. Could not relocate cache within general area because property owners were uncomfortable with strangers passing through staff parking lot and no suitable features were available as a substitute GZ. New cache in Aurora will be installed this spring.

For your protection, do NOT attempt to open any of the locked/safety-wired electrical boxes in this area. Their external surfaces may be inspected safely. Freebie III final stage coordinates have been checked and re-checked because of unstable GPS readings, but this should not create a serious problem for most seekers. The challenge for cachers is to recognize the stage I container, and to locate and decipher instructions within it...a Google search may be necessary to determine the lat and long of the final stage. Not a cache and dash.Please restore it exactly as you found it. Local smokers are often present, so stealth is a concern.
