Geocache Description:

International Cache exchange: Dublin in Delhi

Try a little Dublin, Ireland while in Delhi, New York!

The cache location

Delhi is a small town with not a lot of places to hid regular-sized caches. But Smith Pond Park is a hidden gem of the village and features trails, geocaches and good fishing! In the winter, it's also good for cross-country skiing.
Smith Pond Park is a nice place to wander around and see different wildlife and species of plants. There is also the maple sugar house that the local high school uses.

There are many trails to explore here, so enjoy the walk around the pond and the area!

The cache

This park is a dawn until dusk park, so please NO hunting after dark.

This cache is a regular-sized container with swag that came from Dublin, Ireland, including several post cards and little trinkets. This cache is hidden just off one of the main trails.

An International Cachen International Cache Exchange is where two people from different countries agree to exchange caches. You maintain the cache in your country and the other person maintains the cache in their countries. When supplies get low, you replenish the cache in the other country and your counterpart replenishes the cache in your country. When you visit this cache, please have trade items that represent the region you are from or Ireland. These trade items will go to the sister cache in Dublin.
