sgt first heard of this marker on our neighborhood list serve. There was much confusion over its meaning/purpose. What do you think its significance is?
You can find the final at N 38 36.3AB W 090 15.9CD, where AB=the first two digits of the date on the marker, and CD=the last two digits of the date on the marker minus 25.
