Stopped to pick up this cache on our caching adventure. Quick and easy find. Tried to be stealthy while getting it, but there was a meeting going on nearby. People kept coming out and seemed to be looking for something that was missing. I wonder? Traded the usual items and signed the log and returned to the hiding place. As we were pulling away, a vehicle from Colorado stopped and a family got out and had their GPS units out looking for the cache as well. Waved to them as we headed on to the next cache on our list.

6/29/2009 01:55 Found: Like those before me, this would have been an impossible find without the hint, but I widened the look to succeed in grabbing this nicely stocked cache. Parked close to ground zero and there was not any traffic, foot or auto, at this early hour, so I grabbed the cache and made the sign without witness or intrusion. Took nothing and left signature card and JB dice game. Thanks for another nice 4H cache.

Was worried when I first found the container because some people walked out of the building and caught us red-handed. They asked us if we were treasure hunting and so it was cool. Glad to finally stop and get this one. Usually I'm to tired to stop. Thanks.

We found the cache easily using the hint at approximately the waypoint we've posted - yes, it was west of the given coordinates. Nice to see that we weren't the only visitors today! Good to see the 4-H caches getting traffic. We are Nemaha County Nebraska 4-Hers - the 13-year-old is 3rd generation member and his great-grandmother was a leader, but too old to have been a member when the clubs were started in her area.

We're on an RV trip from SE Arizona to South Texas....guess we made a wrong turn somewhere....8-) Almost missed this one, found it on a last look around after reading some old logs that we had on our info sheet. Took a lanyard and a pin and left an ankle bracelet and a pine tree.

I made ground zero at 41* 36.812 and 102* 51.060 almost the same as previous cacher....

You've all heard the story. You're out geocaching at night, and somebody sees the flashlight from their house. They call the cops and you have to suddenly explain why you are sneaking around. Well, it happened to us because somebody thought we might be robbing the 4-H center. Only this time, we were pulled over as we were leaving town...by two separate cops. Thank god they didn't have the radar on and caught us going 10 over. LOL. He was very understanding, and he didn't bother the car owner who was sleeping in the back, or at least faking sleeping as we later found out. Good story once again.

Set out about 30 minutes before sunset to find this one. Turned around to go back home about 14 miles later when I realized that changes to the GC web site didn't print the coordinates on my paper copy because I wasn't logged in. Cell phone battery was dead too. Ran back home for cell charger and coordinates (felt like a rookie). Searched for quite a while at the posted coordinate but could not find the cache. Finally read the hint and located the box about 160 feet away. Future searchers may want to use my readings. A bit sparse on contents but a nice cache otherwise. Left a calculator, sig pencil and took a mini cache capsule. Also took a picture on cache camera. My 3yr old was glad we finally found it. Got home well after dark. Thanks for the hide.
