On the border of Melkbosstrand beach and Koeberg Nature Reserve
Park anywhere in Melkbos close to the beach and walk along the beach towards Koeberg. When you pass an electrical substation on your right head towards the fence where there is a whale watching platform. Cache is by the tree stump hidden under pieces of wood.
Afterwards go through the unlocked gate and climb the stairs to the whale watching platform for break.
