Welcome to Harrybrooke Park and my first Geocache series!
This series doesn't need to be done in order, but for a bit of background on the park or series I suggest checking out Something to Do #1's page so I don't need to repost the introduction information and the things they all have in common.
If you're anything like me this will be your favorite solely because it is not a mirco and therefore contains delightful swag. My dear PrinceMarauder once told me that before we discovered geocaching I never wanted to go hiking with him, but now that there are toys involved, it is my favorite thing to do. I told him it was merely because I am goal oriented but I think he may be on to something...
This is another part of the park I only discovered once I started looking for good places to put a geocache. What I love about this area is when it gets all overgrown in the warm weather I find it quite disorienting- you sort of come in and then can either find yourself back where you started or get lead into the woods and it all kind of looks the same. I feel rather like something out of Alice in Wonderland, I can imagine fallowing a rabbit back here and finding yourself lost in a dreamland.
You must let me know if anyone else feels this effect or if it is just me.
That being said however that cache itself is rather mundane, a very typical hide of a lock and lock tupperware container.
I sort of forgot to get a FTF prize, but hopefully you will find something to your taste. I had tons of fun picking out things to put in my first cache, and everything starting in the cache is brand new, just not in packaging or anything so I could get it all to fit.
