Typical Fernley dirt road. There was one spot I put my Frontier in
4H but it depends on which way you come up as to how easy the drive
is. Any normal 2 wheel drive truck should make it.
My Dad and I used to bounce around in these hills in his jeep way
back when. There is a lot of history and great memories up here for
me.
My ten year old daughter got this little item at a local fast
food place. She was dying to make it into a cache. Since it is not
water tight I put it in a gladware container to keep it from
getting destroyed until I can find something more suitable. Please
do not take the chest. The log and "treasures" are inside. Bring
your own pen and enjoy the view!

Cleaning up some in the area and made the dash for this one. Stopped a little short in the 60 and hiked the last little bit...guess we didn't pick the correct way. The outer container is cracked, but should do fine as long as it doesn't get doused. TFTH!

We found it! Braved a very windy day with the girls to find the treasure. The youngest, age 6, found the cache!
