It's very safe and easy to get to this location.
A small park near "Chengching Lake".
There are some wild duck that you can watch closely.
Not like the Chengching lake,it need no entrance fee.
A very nice place for citizen taking a rest.
You are looking for a plastic column with a black cover on the top.(R:3 to 4 cm,Height:about 18cm)
In the cache,there are:
two little plastic toys,
two ball point pens,
one plastic belt,
one coin(NT 1 doller),
and a logbook with a pencil.
