Spike007: Went to replace the cache today, and noted that the tree trimming was pretty severe in this part of the park. Unless you're 12' tall, there was no good spot for a hide here now. Setting this one aside, to allow for room for something new down the road. Thanks to all that visited!

Weitcamp Park is dedicated to Alvin H. Weitcamp, a local teacher, boyscout leader, and community supporter. They've made alot of great improvements to this park over the years, and it has become a fun year-round destination for many families in the Hudson area.

The posted coordinates will bring you to a park sign describing the amenities of Weitcamp Park along with a brief history of Alvin Weitcamp. Read the information about Alvin to gather up the needed data for the final coordinates.

AA = the number of years Alvin was married to his wife Georgia, PLUS 28

XX = the number of years Alvin served on the City of Hudson Park Board, MINUS 5

Cache is a (small) small container just a short distance from the sign and should be accessible any time of year. You may need to be stealthy. Park hours are 6am - 10pm.
