Peanut butter jar. Filled with stickers, action figures, and other cool stuff.
Located in Fort Borst Park. It would seem that this is a fairly difficult find. It will require walking through chest high brush in wonderful Washington weather.It is also hidden rather well. So be ready to search for a little while. And the hint really gives it away.
