Lost Grove Lake II Traditional Geocache

This cache is placed near a wonderful view of a Scott County lake’s new expansion (see photo). 

It’s a log only cache, so please bring a pen and a log extraction tool and enjoy the area and the view.

*** IMPORTANT ! ***

During hunting seasons, some hunters may use the groves of trees around the parking lots, so safety and minimizing conflicts is something to keep in mind, especially during those times of year. 

WEAR BLAZE ORANGE CLOTHING if you do go to look for this cache during open hunting seasons, and/or you may choose to avoid these public hunting areas altogether during peak hunting times. 

Another thing to keep in mind is that the nearby parking lot is planned to be closed to vehicle access during the winter months (Nov. 15-April 1), so plan for a little longer walk if you go during that timeframe.
