The cache is not at the above coordinates but these are possible parking coordinates for 45 minutes (all day sunday). You may be able to park closer in the evenings. If no parking is available you may need to pay at one of the city centre carparks or you could be cheeky and park in the nearby out of town shopping area. Due to the size of the cache you will need your own pen.

Easy you say... well yes but you also have to get hold of the cache to sign it 
You do not need to damage anything to get hold of the cache: think how you would hide it.
