From rt. 2 in Gorham take rt. 16 south to the Androscoggin Ranger
Station (2.8 miles). The trail is to the left of the phone booth.
Take the trail. Take the first left, near the river. Continue up
stream to a rocky hill. The cache is on top.
The container is a clear rectangular shaped rubbermaid. It's
contents are constantly changing - you decide. There is a small
notebook/log for stories and comments.

Strange? No phone but an obvious path and yes we got to the cache. Getting back we realised we had driven past the authorised vehicles only sign into the Ranger CP. They didn't say anything! TFTC

Chose this cache while sitting in Dunkin' Donuts for my first NH cache. Now this is what geocaching is all about. Never would have stopped there otherwise. Was heading to Maine after visiting the White Mountains. Great little trail. TNLN TFTC
